Stephen Spellman, DVM, MPVM, is a 1983 graduate of the UC Davis School of Veterinary Medicine. He owned his own practice in Sonoma for 9 years prior to moving to El Dorado Hills. A desire to return to academia prompted the sale of that practice, and Dr. Spellman then completed the MPVM (Masters of Preventative Veterinary Medicine) at UC Davis. A concurrent move to El Dorado Hills with his wife, Marney, and their 3 children resulted in the eventual purchase of Green Valley Animal Hospital in June, 2000.

 Kathy Griffin, DVM

Dr.Griffin, very popular with both our staff, clients & patients, fills in when Dr.Spellman is away. She has been providing exemplary care for our patients for several years now, and we look forward to many more years of association.

Dr.Steven Harnagle

Dr.Harnagle is a board certified radiologist who not only reviews our radiographs bimonthly, is also available to perform diagnostic ultrasounds at Green Valley Animal Hospital.
