Please be advised that ALL prescription medications REQUIRE a current Dr/Patient relationhip, and current knowledge of your pet's health/medical condition. This time frame will vary according to the prescription requested, and the medical condition,  but the minimum under California law is 1 year.  Therefore, even for product refills such as heartworm prevention, we are required by law to have a licensed Veterinarian examine your pet.

 Prices on products are reviewed twice a month, and many are priced the same or below major online companies such as PetMed Express. Additionally, products purchased through our website are Guaranteed by the manufacturers, unlike other online pet pharmacies, which obtain their produts through illegal channels. For Prescription Diets, you may easily set up a standing order, with the diets shipped regularly at pre-determined intervals (every 6 weeks, for example) with no further requirements from you after initial set up. ( except Annual re-authorization)
